Delete Flash and Upload image again to Switch

first go on switch and type

rommon 1> IP_ADDRESS=192.168.10.1
rommon 2> IP_SUBNET_MASK=255.255.255.0
rommon 3> DEFAULT_GATEWAY=192.168.10.100

first set ur pc lan ip

rommon 4> TFTP_SERVER=192.168.10.2(the tftp take ur ip from ur pc so first set ur lan ip and then open tftp u will see
                                    it will take automatically ip from ur pc)


rommon 5> TFTP_FILE=c2800nm-ipbase-mz.124-3h.bin(put the name of tftp file and and put name bin with it )

and it last type
tftpdnld -r

 now it will upload nur image

it will show no flash in sysytem directory

dont worry
go on switch configure a vlan1 or fastethernet port

now ping from ur pc 192.168.10.1
it will ping copy t   

now go on switch and type

copy tftp flash:192.168.10.2

remot host: 192.168.10.2
source filename: iosv124.bin
destination filename : iosv124.bin


now u will see it will take image from tftp and upload it
